Project Description: | March, Olive, & Pharris, LLC Law Offices Request to convert the 2-story, 2,748 SF single family detached residence and 1,410 SF basement to commercial use on 1312 S College Ave for the March, Olive & Pharris, LLC law offices located on the east side of S College Ave between Pitkin and Lake Streets. The existing drive would be removed in accordance with a 1978 agreement, and access taken from the 1318 S College access point, parking along the south boundary of the property, and egress at the alley. With this change, the number of off-street parking spaces increases to 10. Additionally, 5 bicycle parking spaces are included. The footprint of the building, including the garage, would not be altered and the existing building would be rehabilitated. The site is in the Community Commercial (CC) Zone District. |
