Vice Chair Haefele made a motion seconded by Member Shepard that Fort Collins Planning & Zoning Board
recommend to City Council approval of the Manufactured Housing Rezoning REZ200003 based on findings of
fact in the staff report input received at this hearing.
Member Shepard suggested a friendly amendment to include in the motion this proposal is consistent with the
Comprehensive Plan warranted by changed conditions of the neighborhood compatible with existing &
proposed uses is appropriate zone district for the land in question offers no adverse impacts on natural
environment & will result in a logical & orderly development pattern. Vice Chair Haefele accepted the
amendment as friendly.
Vote: 5:1 with Member Katz dissenting.
