Commissioner Katz made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Schneider, that the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Commission approve the requested addition of permitted use of a drive-through restaurant as
described in PDP200014, finding such use conforms to all eight criteria listed in Land Use Code Section 1.3.4(C)(1), it would not be detrimental to the public good, the project complies with the applicable
requirements of Land Use Code Section 3.5.1, and the project is not listed as a prohibited use in the industrial zone district This decision is based upon the agenda materials, the information and materials
presented during the work session and this hearing, and the Commission discussion on this item. Further, this Commission hereby adopts the information, analysis, findings of fact, and conclusions regarding the
addition of permitted use contained in the staff report.
The vote on the motion was as follows: Yeas: Katz, Hansen, Hogestad, Schneider, Shepard, and Haefele. Nays: none. THE MOTION CARRIED.
Commissioner Hansen made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Katz, that the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Commission approve the modification to Section 3.5.3(C)(1) regarding pedestrian walkways
crossing vehicle paths. This modification request meets the requirements of Section 2.8.2(H)(1) and Planning & Zoning Commission
2.8.2(H)(4) and it is not detrimental to the public good. This decision is based upon the agenda materials, the information and materials presented during the work session and this hearing, and the Commission
discussion on this item.
Yeas: Hansen, Hogestad, Schneider, Shepard, Katz and Haefele. Nays: none. THE MOTION CARRIED.
