PARKWAY LANDSCAPE AMENDMENT- 745 SNOWY PLAIN ROAD
This is a Parkway Landscape Amendment request to create a lower water use parkway than turf. Applicant is aware and will follow specified requirements regarding percentage of plant material, rock and pebble as mulch. Soil surface will be reduced to below 3" allowing for secure placement and maintenance of rock mulch along the curb and sidewalk. Evergreens, particularly low growing junipers and winter creeper appropriate for stepping on(if need be) will be planted. Other hardy plants for color and winter will be included. Plant life will be 60% or better. The parkway has one existing bur oak which will be protected (including the roots). Flagstone on corners to be included. (LMN District)
