This is a request for a combination Project Development Plan/Final Development Plan to relocate wireless telecommunication equipment to a new facility to be located at 1500 Riverside Avenue (parcel #8718409023). This proposes a 60' self-supported, three-sided screened tower painted to match the existing building with ground equipment at the base of the tower within the three sides.
