This decision is based upon the agenda materials and information and materials presented during the work session and this hearing, and the Commission’s discussion tonight. Further, this Commissioner hereby adopts information, analysis, findings of fact, and conclusions regarding this project development plan contained in the staff report included in the agenda materials for this hearing.
