Commissioner Sass made a motion that the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Commission approve the requested modification of standard to Land Use Code Section 3.2.2(K)(1)(a) regarding parking, finding the modification would not be detrimental to the public good and the plan as submitted will not diverge from a complying plan except in nominal and inconsequential ways. This decision is based upon the agenda materials, the information and materials presented during the work session and this hearing and the Commission discussion on this item. Further, this Commission hereby adopts the information, analysis, findings of fact, and conclusions regarding this modification of standard contained in the staff report and in the agenda materials for this hearing. Commissioner Haefele seconded the motion. Vote: 7:0.

Commissioner Sass made a motion that the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Commission approve the Bloom Filing Four PDP #23003, including the two previously approved modifications, finding the consideration and conditions imposed on the PDP satisfies all applicable Land Use Code requirements. Further, this Commission hereby adopts the information, analysis, findings of fact, and conclusions regarding this project development plan contained in the staff report and in the agenda materials for this hearing.
