This is a Minor Amendment request to install a new parkway installation with street trees spaced 30' apart on center, skirted by low growing shrubs and accent boulders. All materials set in 1/2" flat/angular rock mulch (color tbd closer to installation based on rock yard availability. No proposed turf lawn in the parkway.
