Online application submittal of long-term rental registration is available.  You must be logged into an account for this specific site in order to submit an application for rental registration. 

Electronic plan submittal is available for registered users on building permits.
Licensed contractors and homeowners can schedule inspections on existing building permits that are in Issued status.
